Race Packet Pick-Up
Friday packet Pick-Up will be available on Friday, December 13, 2019 from 2:30 pm – 6:30 pm at SCOOP & SCORE (111 N Vista Ridge Blvd #202, Cedar Park, TX 78613)
Race day packet pick-up WILL BE AVAILABLE on Saturday, December 14, 2019 at Gupton Stadium 7:30 a.m.- 8:45 a.m. PPU will close promptly at 8:45 a.m.
All 5K Santa Dash participants will receive:
• Santa hat
• Long sleeve race shirt (tech material!)
* T-shirts not guaranteed for registrations after November 30th
• Finisher Medal
Kids Santa Sprint participants will receive:
• Santa hat
• Finisher Ribbon and Goodie Bag
Virtual Runners and Virtual Non-Runners (Santa's Helpers) will receive:
• The satisfaction of knowing you helped out a bunch of great kids!
• Social Media bragging rights #cedarparksantadash

Santa's Helper Virtual Runner [or non-runner!] (*does not receive race “swag”)
$10 - Run anywhere (or don't run at all!), post a pic (or don't), and hashtag #cedarparksantadash - bonus points of you’re wearing Santa gear in your photo!
*this is a great way to support the team from anywhere, even if you can’t attend. Running virtually where you are is encouraged but not required!

$10.00: 0.52 mile Kids K (a little short of 1K!)
Timing and Bibs
The Cedar Park Santa Dash 5K is a timed event.
In order to receive an accurate time, please confirm your bib is:
• Clearly visible on the front of the torso
• Unaltered and unmodified (Do not fold or wrinkle)
• Not covered (jackets, runner belts, water bottles, etc.)
Results will be posted as soon as possible following the event and official results will be posted on our website within 24 hours.
The Kids Santa Sprint and Santa Kids K are not timed events.
Location & Parking
Parking will be at Gupton Stadium.
Awards
Awards will be given for the top three male & female finishers in each age group. Age groups are as follows: 10 and under, 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over. Award given for first place stroller runner!
Attire
Holiday attire, to include full Santa suits, is HIGHLY encouraged!
Team Competition (The Leg Lamp - "It's a major award!")
When you register, don't forget to sign up on a team (create a new one or join an existing one)! The team with the most 5K members will be presented with the highly coveted Leg Lamp, and posted on the website - bragging rights for a whole year! Teams can be families, friends, cross country teams, other teams, schools, organizations, you name it!
Strollers and Dogs
Strollers are allowed. Strollers need to start behind all the runners.
Even though we love your fur babies, they are not allowed on the course. However, they can come and cheer you on.
Refunds / Exchanges
Since events like these have many upfront costs, we have a strict and uniform policy of no refunds or exchanges, no person-to-person transfer, or no deferrals to a future year. We do understand that plans change, injuries happen, and various holiday festivities and situations arise, but, we feel it is most fair to apply a uniform policy to all, instead of a subjective line of who should receive a refund and who doesn’t. All purchases and sales are 100% final, no exceptions. Refunds will not be issued based on weather conditions. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

5K SANTA DASH COURSE
The race is a certified 5K course that leaves Gupton Stadium and travels east on Park Street to Vista Ridge Blvd, then south to Brushy Creek Road and then back to Gupton Way Drive, around Reagan Elementary and back to Gupton Stadium.

Santa Dash Charity
Vista Ridge Cross Country is partnering with Student Charities LISD Backpack Food Program "Food for Friends" to help provide food assistance to students and families in need over the weekends and holiday breaks.
Every day there are children sitting in LISD classrooms who struggle to focus on learning because their parents are having to make difficult decisions between paying the rent and utility bills or buying food for the dinner table. The Backpack Food Program was formed to help support these families and alleviate hunger in our schools.
Please consider bringing much needed food items from the list below!
